1. Product(s) will be dispatched after receipt of payment is confirmed at our end.
2. All customers can avail of online payment option.
3. The option of Cash on Delivery is not available to anyone.
4. A charge of INR 100/- is applicable to each order towards packaging, postage, dispatch, etc.
5. Shipping number or consignment number or tracking number or reference number as per the dispatch slip will be provided to you after your order is dispatched. You can use the same to track your individual order(s). You need to retain this number till you, upon receiving delivery, have ensured that the contents (bottles / containers) in the parcel are in non-damaged (and non-tampered) condition.
6. Along with the parcel, you will receive their end of the dispatch slip. It is sent along with the parcel. You need to retain this slip till you, upon receiving delivery, have ensured that the contents (bottles / containers) in the parcel are in non-damaged (and non-tampered) condition.
7. We ensure that our packing and packaging are sturdy enough to sustain rough handling during transportation. We trust that the parcel will stay good till it reaches you.
8. If contents (bottles / containers) in the parcel are received in a severely damaged condition, the same needs to be notified to us using the details provided in the Contact Us section of this website. The goods can be replaced and shipped to you free of cost if you:
(A) notify us within 1 working day of delivery that the of contents (bottles / containers) in the parcel were delivered in a severely damaged condition
(B) notify us along with the proof of complaint made at the your local post office or at the shipping company’s office.
(C) notify us along with the proof of photos and videos of the packaging.
(D) ship back the damaged goods to us within 1 working day and notify us along with the proof of dispatch. (a copy of the proof of purchase, must be sent inside the parcel.)
(E) agree to be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

9. Order placed once will not be cancelled.
10. No refunds will be processed.
11. Return will be processed as per point no. 7 only if contents (bottles / containers) in the parcel are delivered in a severely damaged condition.
